When I’ve studied people who have been more successful millionaires and billionaires, one of the common things that I’ve found out about them is that they have a morning routine.
They do the same thing every morning — getting up in the morning, thinking about their goals, visualizing themselves accomplishing those goals.
If they are one who exercises or meditates or read, they do the same thing every morning.

It only takes about 21 to 30 days for that routine to become a habit.
