Learn to Value Yourself and You Will Value Your Time

Dec 20, 2022 | Tip for a Terrific Tuesday

As we approach the end of another year, I want you to think about the things that you accomplished. Take a piece of paper and write down three or four things that you accomplished this year, and then reflect upon things that you want to accomplish next year. But most importantly, I’ve spent the past year teaching you the importance of owning and communicating your value.

This is important because until you value yourself, you want value your time. I want you to think about time, because time is the most precious thing that we have. We can’t go back and recapture lost time. So moving forward, let’s think about how you can spend your time with the people you care the most about. It’s the holiday season, and this is a good time to start spending the time with the people you care the most about.

I hope you have a wonderful holiday season. Be safe, be good. Enjoy it, and do some things that you really enjoy and remember, until you value yourself, you want value, your time and time. Time is one of the most valuable things we have because we can’t recapture it. I know I just repeated that, but I repeated it because I want you to hear what I’m saying now.
