Dear Friends,
2021 has been another challenging year. During the holiday season, we take the time to reflect upon what we are grateful for.
However, during these difficult times, we need to constantly remind ourselves of what is Good around us.
Practice giving Thanks Daily. It doesn’t take long. You can do it in 90 seconds. Write down three things that you are grateful for every day.
Be consistent. Write the dates with each entry so you can track your progress.
Think about the big things as well as the simple things. They all matter.
We must learn to be grateful for what could have happened but didn’t. You will find, you have more good things happening around you than you realized.
Pay attention to the names and themes that consistently pop up. It will reveal to you who and what are most important to your sense of fulfillment in life.
Get Started today and let’s get 2022 off to a good start filled with Gratitude.
I am grateful for you and I wish you and your family a Happy and Safe Holiday Season!
