In reaching your goal, I say there are four questions that I ask whenever I have a goal, something I want to do. I say goals equal W to the fourth power. You have to say, What is it I want? What is it I really want? And then you have to give it a timeframe. When do I want it? But the third, and one of the most important things is what’s holding me back? Why have I not been able to achieve that? And people don’t realize that is the key to why we don’t go from where we are to where we wanna be. That’s when we have that serious head talk with ourselves and say, What’s holding me back? Why can’t I do this? And it’s those fears and those things that that you haven’t really wanted to acknowledge about yourself, that when you work through that, you can get through any goal you want, and then you come up with a strategy.
