SEAN: “Now you as an entrepreneur and again, as a physician, I mean, very, very impressive. What, you know, tell me, let’s, let’s go through the book because they love you. They’re gonna buy the book anyway, so you can’t give enough away, always tell authors like that. The more you give away more, they’re gonna buy it. Um, take us through what you believe is the brag factor. A few of the golden nuggets here in this book.”
Dr. Bragg: “Well, what the Bragg Factor is, first of all, I believe that brag is a five-letter word, not a four-letter word. Bragg is my last name. And it is that G which is the defining difference when you brag that last G although Bragg is my name, that last G stands for gratitude. And when you do things from a standpoint of gratitude, I think you can pretty much say anything about yourself. And I try to teach people in the book. When you are saying things, I have templates, how would you say that you are good enough to have a job? Good enough to have a raise, good enough to have that position. And I show you how to do it and maintain a state of gratitude. And that’s one of the key points in the book so that you feel comfortable about it. I tell people if you are going somewhere to a media outing, maybe you take a bragging buddy with you. So if you kinda amateur at this and not good at saying something on about yourself, if you and I are there together, Sean, maybe I introduce you and say the good things about you and you introduce me and say the good things about me. And then as we go around that room, you get comfortable and you are able to do it. And that’s all everything’s about practicing.
