I think that bragging a little bit on yourself will give you confidence. You could start out not having confidence, but after bragging on your self, you’ll gain a little confidence. This is why I tell people that they need to create what I call a Bragg Book about themselves. A Bragg Book is where you’re gonna put in, in a folder or on your phone, your iPhone or in a computer, the accomplishments that you have made. You’re going to put down your experiences that you’ve had. What did you do from a volunteer standpoint? What did you do in your real, in your professional job? And as you write those things down and categorize them, that’s going to give you confidence. So you see how when you’re doing that and focusing on the skills and experiences you have is creating your Bragg Book. But going through that exercise is gonna then give you confidence, and then from that, you probably could do, when I say bragging easier, then.
