Stop The Madness: 7 Things That Are Holding You Back

Let’s talk about the top 7 things that are holding you back and what to do about them. It’s now March Madness season and we wanna get mad about the things in our life and get rid of those things that have been holding us back.

Let’s follow 7 steps and get rid of 7 things holding us back this month.

M – Making Excuses

Stop making excuses about things that we’ve held on to for too many years. Let’s throw them away.

A – Anger

Why are we angry about things that we can’t change? Let’s dial down the anger when it seems to upset us and keep us from reaching our goals. 

D – Doubt

Do you ever have self doubt? It’s time to stop doubting yourself, and be a fan of yourself. If you are not a fan of yourself, who else is going to be a fan of you? 

N – Narrowmindness

Sometimes, we are narrow minded, and narrowed mindedness can hold us back.

E – Envy

There’s things that we are envious of that have been holding us back. Let us get rid of anything that we feel envy about, and just get rid of it.

S – Selfishness

Sometimes we are selfish, and if we could just exercise more gratitude and not be selfish, then we could be more successful. Because studies have shown that people who show gratitude are more successful and happier. So let’s get rid of anything that we think may have a selfish thought behind it.

S – Stress

There are things that have been overwhelming us that has been causing stress too long.

So for this is March Madness season we are going to get rid of these seven things and get rid of all of that madness. Make a commitment this month that when March Madness is over, that you have followed these 7 steps to get rid of these 7 things that could be holding you back, and keeping you from reaching your goals.
