I’m wishing and hoping that you have a terrific Tuesday. As we enter into Thanksgiving time, I want you to take time to tell your loved ones, your friends, and your staff, how grateful you are for them. This is a time when we should think about gratitude. Even if we don’t think about it at other times, we know that people who live longer, happier, healthier and more successful lives show gratitude.
So let me ask you who is due for some gratitude from you. Why don’t you make a list and start right now as we enter into this holiday season, making it a conscious choice? And do it by intention to tell someone you love how meaningful they are to you. And so if you say, well, ‘I’m not one who does that’, why don’t you take a mirror and get up in the morning and look in that mirror and look at the person you see, and know that you can start making a change and just center yourself on yourself.
And when you look in the mirror and see that person and say, ‘For 2024, I want to be a person who lives in a state of gratitude’. So we want to make sure that you make this your goal for 2024 and start early, making sure that you are living in a state of gratitude.
