What Does It Take To Have Good Relationships?

As we enter into the holiday season, I want you to take out your calendar and just like we write down our goals for our careers and other things at work, make sure that you put time on your calendar to spend time with your family and your friends.

Holidays can be stressful and chaotic, and so as you spend time with your family members, remember this good relationship never work if you have to be right all the time.

In fact, if you are right all the time, it can be the thing that spoils a relationship. So if there’s someone who’s comes over to your home and you know that they have to be right all the time, lean into loving them rather than correcting them so that you can have a good holiday season.
