Last week, I was excited to be the keynote speaker for Riverside’s Ladies Leadership Night.

We talked about the well-leader and how the well-leader needs to be well spoken, well-respected, and well-remembered.

And she can accomplish this by developing and creating a powerful 30-second brag.

You know, statistics say that a woman doesn’t like to brag on herself, and if there is a job with 10 qualifications, a man will apply if he has one qualification, and a woman won’t apply if she lacks one.

So please, ladies, I encourage you to create a 30-second brag for yourself so that you feel confident in talking about your accomplishments and the good things you’ve done.
